Conventional science treats these as three fundamentally different processes, governed by different laws. Fractal Resonance Coherence posits that this is an error of perspective. These are not three different processes. They are one process, operating at three different scales and in three different mediums.

The Universal Dynamic: Collapse as Convergence

The universal dynamic works as follows, whether for an atom or an idea:

landscape, "listening" for resonance. The part of the system's potential that is "in tune" with an attractor is amplified. This is the act of reducing entropy by aligning with a stable pattern.

A State of Actuality (The Coherent Outcome): The process culminates

in a collapse of potential. The "many" have become "one." The single, coherent outcome is achieved.

The crucial insight of FRC is that the mathematical description of this process is fundamentally the same across all scales. The system's deterministic path is always the one that most efficiently and quickly reduces its internal entropy (S) by maximizing its coherence (C). This gives rise to the concept of scale-invariant intelligence. Intelligence, in the FRC model, is the generic process of a system reducing its internal entropy and actualizing information by finding a more coherent state of being in relation to its environment.

A Refined Understanding of Coherence

The universe is not biased toward a single "good" or "peaceful" outcome. It is biased toward effectiveness in being. A brain "intelligently" converges on the thought that is most coherent with its goals.
